Deborah Lowen
I have been a teacher, counsellor and coach for the last 25 years, helping many people to navigate turmoil and change in their working and personal lives.
I found myself seeking for different ways of helping people from the approaches I had learned in my trainings as a teacher and a counsellor. The world I lived in was in change and turmoil too. I, and the people I was trying to help, were tied up in a “cultural dream” in which the consensus perception took no account of the waves and currents that were profoundly affecting us all – the great movements of people through migration, dispossession and war, which separate us from our families, our ancestors and our traditions; the ruthless exploitation of the natural world for gain, which skews our relationship with the earth itself; the emergence of deadly sectarian conflicts which create fear and prevent us from freely manifesting our own spiritual truths.

For the last ten years I have been practising in the ways of the shaman and showing the pathways to living consciously and bringing balance to people who are ready to shed our consensual nightmare and dream the world into its becoming; the world we want our children's children to inherit.
